Touhoumon World Link: Revised

Summary

Touhoumon World Link: Revised is, as the name suggests, a revision of the original Touhoumon World Link hack by Aichiya Sanae, which features characters from the Touhou Project series. The aim is to have a 1.5-era Touhoumon hack that can actually be considered decent and not hampered with unbalanced stats, unfair level curves, or many of the other issues that plagued most 1.5 Touhoumon hacks in the past.
